Niche Vinegars

Because of the nomadic nature of our cooking we are often pressed to find ways to preserve some of our favorite flavors to take on the road in our mobile pantry. Vinegars have been a great way for us to keep our wild foraged goods, scraps, and spices with us during our long journeys. We have more than we need this quarter so we are sharing some of the greatest hits here in the shop. All the sales from this item directly fund our food saving program for next season .
